Licensed taxi
ACK is serviced by a number of licensed, courteous, and professional taxicab operators. Be advised that not all Island taxi companies accept credit cards. Regulations concerning Uber and other ride-sharing services are pending the outcome of legislation recently introduced by Governor Baker

Taxi Rates are set by the Board of Selectmen.
 
Public transportation
ACK is a terminus for the Nantucket Regional Transit Authority’s Ferry/Airport route. This route operates every 20 minutes between 10am and 6pm, from May 22 to September 1. The route connects ACK with Town Center, high-speed ferries, and other NRTA routes.
 
Car Rental
Three auto rental companies operate from inside the Airport Terminal. Rental car counters are located adjacent to Crosswinds restaurant, at the South end of the terminal, and include:

Livery service 
For large parties associated with charter flights or events, Cranberry Transportation Services is currently the only licensed Airport livery service. 
 
Bike
ACK, like all of Nantucket, is easily accessible by bike: bicycle/pedestrian paths link the airport to the Island network.
