SHINE (Serving the Health Information Needs of Elders) We have two certified volunteer counselors who assist Massachusetts seniors with access to unbiased information, counseling and assistance with health insurance and drug benefit options. The will help with questions about your insurance benefits, provide referral for reduced drug programs and answer questions considering coverage with Medex, Medicare D options, etc. Our island Shine volunteers are: Harry Payne, Nick Miller and Nick Norton.
