A monthly newsletter is mailed to the 1,600 island residents, 60 years and over. Acclivities include: Aerobics, Arm Chair Exercise, Tai Chi, Yoga, Laughing Yoga, computer instruction, pubic access and classes for the Internet, educational programs, lectures regarding consumer advice, SHINE health insurance services, and money matters, hearing checks, blood pressure clinic, arts & crafts, Mah Jongg, writing group, bridge, cards, quilting and knitting.
