PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 6:00 PM to hear National Grid petition for NG Plan 8173155 which seeks permission to install P1S on Tennessee Avenue, thirty-four (34) feet east of P1 to eliminate low clearance of existing guy wire from P1 Tennessee Avenue crossing North Cambridge Street. A map of the proposed work area is on file at the Board of Selectmen’s office, 16 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA. The hearing will take place at the Nantucket Town and County Building, 16 Broad Street, 2nd Floor Court Room, Nantucket, MA 02554.

Please be advised that the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 6:00 PM to hear an application for a Public Assembly Permit for Egan’s Maritime Festival (first-time event) to be held at Children’s Beach, Harborview Way, Nantucket, MA from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, September 25, 2010 (Storm Date – Sunday, September 26, 2010). The hearing will be held at the Town and County Building, 16 Broad Street, 2nd Floor Court Room, Nantucket, MA 02554.
