PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 6:00PM to hear the application for Transfer of the Seasonal All-Alcohol Restaurant Liquor License from West End Madaket, Inc. d/b/a West End Restaurant to Hither Creek LLC, d/b/a Millie’s, Christopher Cochran, Manager for the premises located at 326 Madaket Road, Nantucket, MA 02554. In addition, Hither Creek LLC d/b/a Millie’s, Christopher Cochran, Manager, is applying for an Alteration of Premises for this location. The hearing will take place at the Nantucket Town and County Building, 16 Broad Street, 2nd Floor Court Room, Nantucket, MA 02554.

Please be advised that the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to MGL Chapter 40, Section 57 and Section 19-15 of the Code of the Town of Nantucket, on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 6:00 PM to consider withholding the issuance of seasonal liquor licenses pending payments of local taxes, fees, assessments, betterments or other municipal charges for the following properties: 1 Sparks Avenue, 13 Fair Street, and 5 Chestnut Street. The hearing will be held at the Town and County Building, 16 Broad Street, 2nd Floor Court Room, Nantucket, MA 02554.
