PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 6:00PM to consider the application for a Mobile Food Unit license for Tiki Treats to sell a variety of prepackaged novelty ice creams, frozen dairy-free products, candy, chips and cold beverages including bottled waters, soft drinks and fruit drinks at specified locations as determined by the Board of Selectmen in conjunction with Land Bank and Park and Recreation Commission. The hearing will take place at the Nantucket Town and County Building, 16 Broad Street, 2nd Floor Court Room, Nantucket, MA 02554.
