PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 to hear the application for a Public Assembly Permit for Sustainable Nantucket’s Farm Fresh Feast and Summer Soiree event to be held at Moors End Farm, Polpis Road, Nantucket, MA from 6:00PM to 10:00PM on Saturday, July 24, 2010. The event will include dinner and dancing to live music. The hearing will be held at the Town and County Building, 16 Broad Street, 2nd Floor Court Room, Nantucket, MA 02554.
PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 6:00PM to hear a petition for Verizon Plan # 2238 for a joint pole relocation (Pole #81/1) at 12 High Street near the intersection of Pleasant Street. The pole will be relocated approximately 10 feet to the right on High Street. The relocation petition includes permission to erect and maintain the relocated pole as well as necessary wires, cables, anchors, guys and other such sustaining and protecting fixtures as deemed necessary by the utility companies. A map of the proposed work area is on file at the Board of Selectmen’s office, 16 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA. The hearing will take place at the Nantucket Town and County Building, 16 Broad Street, 2nd Floor Court Room, Nantucket, MA 02554.
