PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 6:00PM to hear a petition for National Grid Plan # 7416626 which seeks approval to install a new riser on Pole #58-1 and install two (2) 2” inch conduits which are each 143 feet in length. The conduits will run from Pole #58-1 to Pole #60 to tie into the existing conduits at the base of Pole #60 on Old South Road near the intersection of Arrowhead Drive. A map of the proposed work area is on file at the Board of Selectmen’s office, 16 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA. The hearing will take place at the Nantucket Town and County Building, 16 Broad Street, 2nd Floor Court Room, Nantucket, MA 02554.

Please be advised that the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 6:00PM to determine the annual license fee for the license category “Junk, Old Metals and Second Hand Articles” as described in Code of the Town of Nantucket Bylaw 88 and MGL Chapter 140 Sections 54 -55 and 202 -205. The hearing will take place at the Nantucket Town and County Building, 16 Broad Street, 2nd Floor Court Room, Nantucket, MA 02554.
