NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that a Public Hearing will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 6:00 PM to hear the appeal of Donald W. Pine of Historic District Commission (HDC) disapproval of Certificate of Appropriateness No. 57579, with regard to the property location of 15 Broadway, Siasconset, MA, Map 73.1.3, Parcel 113. The appeal is based on the claim that the denial of the HDC was arbitrary and capricious. The hearing will take place in the Public Safety Facility Community Room, 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, MA 02554.
