At it's May 21, 2008 hearing, the Board of Selectmen voted to approve an annual fee of $10.00 for applications to the Mooring Permit Waiting List. The fee became effective July 1, 2008
In an attempt to notify the current mooring permit wait list applicants of the newly adopted rules and regulations, a mass mailing was sent to all those the Marine Department had a valid mailing address or contact number on file.
If you are currentl;y on the mooring permit wait list and did not recieve notification and you wish to remain on the wait list, then you must contact the Marine Department immediately and no later than August 1, 2010. Failure to do so , will result in the removal of your name from the wait list.
