Methodology and Schedule:
Phase I: Reconnaissance and Scoping
- CBT Team will collect background information, interview various stakeholders and conduct a public meeting to understand and define the nature of the problem.
- Proposed Public Meetings in this Phase:
Phase II: Development of Alternatives and Testing
- CBT Team will develop multiple alternatives for redevelopment of the site. All the alternatives will be comprehensively analyzed through the lenses of a planning, landscape architecture, economic development, implementation and transportation.
- Proposed Public Meetings in this Phase:
Phase III: Final Alternatives and Implementation Strategies
- CBT will refine the final alternatives during this phase and prepare final recommendations and deliverables. Final alternatives will include at least one alternative with a parking garage.
