	Andrew Vorce, the Director of Planning will lead the effort working with the consulting team headed by CBT Architects of Boston. For 40 years, CBT has been active in creating implementable master planning visions for public and private developments within a variety of communities. CBT’s work emphasizes consensus building and has successfully completed hundreds of planning and architectural design projects in New England. Through the regulatory and community approval process, CBT will engage key stakeholders and communities, focusing their issues, viewing planning from their perspective and -- through design initiatives -- reconciling key planning concerns.
