Vineyard Wind LLC has filed three related petitions with the Energy Facilities Siting Board (“Siting Board”) and the Department of Public Utilities in connection with the Company’s proposal to construct and operate a new onshore and offshore electric transmission line, a new substation, and other electric equipment  necessary  to  connect  its  planned  offshore  wind  turbine  array  to  the  regional  electric grid.
