Terminal Information

Hours of Operation
The Terminal is generally open from 530am until 10pm, depending on the current flight schedules of our airline tenants. Individual offices vary. For example, if you left an item on a plane, you will need to contact your airline operator. If you left this item in the terminal, the Airport security office hours are from 8am to 430pm. Crosswinds, the Terminal Restaurant, has an independent entrance, and may operate beyond airline tenant flight hours on a given day.

Amenities
Nantucket Memorial Airport offers free wireless internet throughout the Terminal and restaurant, in-Terminal gift shop and car rental counters, ATM’s, and vending machines.

Arts in the Airport
ACK participates in “Arts in the Airport”, a national aviation program to integrate art into the airport environment for the benefit of both passengers and local artists. Paintings, photographs, and craftworks are hung throughout the Airport Terminal and General Aviation Building. All of it is for sale. To inquire about exhibit space, or to purchase, please contact the Airport general line at 508-325-5300.

Baggage Claim
There are 2 baggage claims at Nantucket Memorial Airport. Baggage claim “A” is located at the south end of the Terminal near the rental-car counters. It is used for all off-season (i.e. winter) baggage, and year-round air taxi (non-secure) baggage on Nantucket Airlines and Rectrix Shuttle flights. Baggage Claim “B” is located in the summer arrivals area in the North end of Terminal, and serves all commercial airlines (secure flights) traveling to Nantucket in the summer season.

Although there are two baggage claims, in short, your bags will arrive through the same doors you did.
