From CSS, you can complete applications for Town permits including Health, Sewer, Building, Electrical, Gas/Plumbing, Zoning and HDC. You can view the status of a permit, schedule an inspection, monitor progress, and pay fees online.
Access to the portal can be found on the Town Website at https://nantucket-ma.gov/2252/Citizen-Self-Service-Portal. The process for permits remains the same as the current paper-based system. Once submitted, the associated department manages the application and permitting process as always. This new online method gives you a choice for submitting applications.
