Is there a Fuel Assistant Program on the Nantucket?
Yes, fuel assistance applications are provided by the Nantucket Interfaith Council. Fuel assistance is available for those who have low income, fixed income or suffering financial hardship. Eligibility is determined by a combination of size of household and income. If you think you may be eligible please inquire.

The program is administered by Janis Carreiro. Her office is located at the the Nantucket Interfaith Council located at:

Appointments are necessary. Much of the information needed may be gathered over the phone and during that conversation Janice will determine what additional information is needed.
