The 14-day self-quarantine is advisory only, it is not required; however, there is a current Massachusetts state advisory that those travelling into Massachusetts from out-of-state are “instructed” to self-quarantine for 14 days.

Yes, you can still order takeout or delivery from restaurants or go grocery shopping. Please, remember to practice social distancing and use a face covering when you do your grocery shopping. No. You will be able to buy groceries and purchase medicine.Continue to buy normal quantities of these items on the same schedule you normally do. Thiswill ensure that there is enough for everyone. Whenever you are out, remember to practice social distancing and use a face covering when you are out.
You are allowed to walk your dog or to take it to the vet if needed. Be sure to practice social distancing while out on walks, maintaining at least 6 feet from others.
The landfill is still open regular hours. Haulers are considered essential and will continue to pick up garbage and bulky items. Individuals may take their own trash to the landfill. The Town reminds everyone to use precautions and to practice safe social distancing.

The Town has suspended all permits while the State of Emergency and State Stay-at-Home order are in effect; however, mooring handlers may begin installing moorings.
At this time the Town Pier is closed to the public. The Town’s staff who are responsible for managing the pier and insuring the safety of mariners are following the Federal, State and Local “Stay at Home” Orders. The Town Pier is closed until either the State of Emergency is lifted or the Town advises otherwise.
