The Town of Nantucket, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, is requesting qualified designers to submit applications stating their qualifications to provide designer services to conduct a feasibility study for renovations including sanitary sewer upgrades at the seasonal housing dormitory located at 54 Low Beach Road, Nantucket MA., and as further described in the RFQ documents.

Qualified Designers may obtain complete sets of the RFQ Documents, including response forms, online at . Any contract regarding this RFQ must be approved by the Town of Nantucket and the Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in its best interest to do so. RFQ responses will be received up to Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Nantucket Police Department, Attention: Ms. Maria Davis, Office Administrator, 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, MA. Three (3) copies of the application, including one electronic copy on a USB thumb drive, must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked APPLICATION FOR DESIGNER SERVICES FOR FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR BUILDING RENOVATIONS AND SANITARY SEWER UPGRADES at SEASONAL HOUSING FACILITY. All written applications will be evaluated and a short list of finalists will be developed. The finalists may be interviewed and a final selection made after the completion of the review process. The selection process is governed by M.G.L. Ch. 7C, §38D, et seq. (the “Designer Selection Statute”).
