The Town of Nantucket (hereinafter “Town”) acting through its Town Administration Office invites qualified responders to submit proposals for the acquisition and continued management for affordable housing purposes of properties currently owned by the Town of Nantucket. Proposals can be obtained from and will be accepted at Town of Nantucket Procurement Office, 37 Washington St, Nantucket, MA 02554, until response opening set for and be publicly opened forthwith for this Request for Proposal which is made in accordance with MGL c30B §16.
